Dr. Becky Faith is a Research Fellow and Leader of the Digital and Technology research cluster at the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex. Her work focuses on digital inequalities and gender and technology. She is also part of the SIDA-funded ‘Countering Backlash’ programme (https://counteringbacklash.org ) at IDS where she works on the online backlash against gender justice. Prior to joining IDS Becky spent 15 years working in in digital rights organisations, including the Tactical Technology Collective.
