Eduardo Carrillo is a public policy and international advocacy analyst at Tedic. Eduardo has a Bachelor’s in International Relations and a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in digital technology and policy from University College London (UCL). He has over seven years of work experience in civil society and international organizations. He is a researcher in science, technology, innovation and digitalization public policies. Eduardo is interested in the economic and social development of Paraguay.
