Henrique Estides Delgado is a Ph.D. candidate in the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, and in the Department of Economics at the University of Chieti-Pescara. His research interests are in the politics and the economics of development, with a focus on the institutions that mediate technological upgrading and the role of international flows. He has worked as an adjunct professor in Brazil (Santa Úrsula University, among others) and in the United States (University of Denver and Colorado School of Mines). Delgado currently works as a researcher in a project on international trade and technological change funded by the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research (MIUR).
