Rachel Achieng' focuses her research and work on legal issues that arise when technology is involved, particularly data governance, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She has worked as a researcher and trainer in the cybersecurity industry, advocating for cybersecurity awareness and women's participation in the field. Rachel holds an LL.B. from Kabarak University in Kenya and a Postgraduate Diploma from Rwanda's Institute of Legal Practice and Development. She is also an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
