Richard Hill
Richard is the president of the Association for Proper Internet Governance (APIG), a non-profit organization based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is involved in discussions on internet governance both in Switzerland and at the international level. Previously, Richard was the Secretary for the ITU-T Study Groups dealing with numbering and tariffing issues, network operations, and economic and policy issues.
