Sherina Poyyail

Sherina Poyyail works at the intersection of communications and research with a focus on gender, tech, and health. She has worked as a reporter, editor and researcher for organizations in India and abroad. She is a published writer and has led several mentorship initiatives and community building networks to improve access to media and public policy spaces. Sherina holds a degree in Media Studies from Symbiosis University, a master’s degree (gold medalist) in Public Policy from St. Xavier’s College, and a postgraduate diploma in Data Science from Ashoka University. In her spare time, she is an avid consumer of caffeine, trashy reality television, and crime documentaries.
