Ahlem Faraoun is currently a Visiting Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant at the University of Manchester. She has a PhD degree at the Department of International Relations, University of Sussex. She is researching the political economy of digital platforms with a focus on South Korea. Her research has been financially supported by the Academy of Korean Studies, the Funds for Women Graduates and the Korea Foundation.
