Ahlem Faraoun is currently undertaking a PhD degree at the Department of International Relations, University of Sussex. She is researching the political economy of digital platforms with a focus on South Korea. Her research has been financially supported by the Academy of Korean Studies, the Funds for Women Graduates and the Korea Foundation.
