Cai Lingping has been working as the Executive Director of Kangzhong (Health for All) and China HIV/AIDS Information Network (CHAIN) since 2009, where she has implemented and managed a number of national and international cooperation projects. She has also worked as a consultant, advisor, and evaluator for various international organizations, UN agencies, and international projects. She serves as a board member of the Asia-Pacific AIDS Services Organization (APCASO)and a community advisory group member of the Global Fund China AIDS Project.
