Cecilia Alemany is a member of DAWN’s Executive Committee and an independent consultant for several UN agencies. She is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and a PhD candidate in Interdisciplinary Studies on Gender at the Universidad de Islas Baleares (UIB). She has a Master’s on International Forecasting from Paris V René Descartes.
