Maximiliano Vila Seoane is a postdoctoral researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET), Argentina. Furthermore, he is a professor at the School of Politics & Government of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM), where he teaches graduate and postgraduate courses on international relations, techno-politics, and international communication. Currently, Vila Seoane investigates how the intensifying rivalry between the US and China is transforming techno-politics in South America.
