Shivangi Rai is a right to health advocate and has been working on the intersection of law, health and rights. In her current role as Deputy Coordinator and Lead - Digital Technology, Health & Society at Centre for Health Equity Law & Policy, she works on data and artificial intelligence governance in the health sector — with the objective to anchor data and AI-related law, policy and practice in India's constitutional law, ethics and international human rights law frameworks, including the right to health framework.
