As Confederal Secretary of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), she brings the energy of grassroots struggles into European decision-making—ensuring that policies are shaped with workers. She leads strategic work on collective bargaining, wage coordination, quality jobs, platform work, and tackling precarious employment. Her responsibilities cover key areas shaping Europe’s future: employment policies and the European Pillar of Social Rights, youth policies, EU enlargement, and regional and social cohesion. She advocates for ambitious, progressive reforms of EU economic and social governance.
