Victor Pavarin Tavares is the Head of Research at Internet Lab. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic, Financial, and Tax Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (FDUSP), where he also earned a dual bachelor’s degree through an agreement between the universities of Lyon 3, Lyon 2, and Saint-Étienne (Licence en droit – PITES program). He has worked as an attorney in the field of Digital Law, focusing on Technology, Personal Data Protection, Intellectual Property, and Electoral Law.
